I have had a direct impact on many of the portions of the platform at WorkTango as a researcher, designer, and product manager. This page provides a breakdown of those efforts since 2019.

Productivity Integrations

I built the following platform integrations as a product manager at WorkTango.

Goals / OKRs

  • Our goals product was designed to support multiple methodologies of goal setting, and be flexible to individual organizations needs 

  • We created a hierarchical tool allowing executive leadership, department owners, and individual contributors the ability to set cascading goals and view their impact across an organization

  • We created insights views that show total engagement across the company as well as estimate completion value across aligned goals

  • My Role: I led research, design, and execution of this product.

Feedback

  • I managed our Feedback redesign across several designers over a 2 year period

  • The product allows complete customization at the customer level, supplemented by rich implementation and marketing materials

  • My Role: Managed research and design work on the team.

Check-Ins / Performance Reviews

Check-Ins provide smarter, more meaningful performance conversations more often.

  • Our tool allows more meaningful performance conversations, more often, with a configurable question bank and standard templates

  • We built it to pull in data from all areas of the platform to help growth and development conversations

  • We summarize overall performance and areas for employee development and longer-term career objectives

  • My Role: Player coach, managed research, helped with final UI design.

Insights & Reporting

  • Oversee all system platform data and reporting tools

  • Enabling Gen-AI integrations with OpenAI and Vertex

  • Designed and scaled engagement dashboards to run for 650K end users

  • Rebuilt our ETL pipeline using HEVO, BigQuery, and Mode Analytics to connect all of our data sources to single data warehouse for reporting

  • Enabled filterable rules and permission based reporting module opening up CSV data access to all company leaders for 25 reports
