WorkTango’s product BA team and I set out with the goal to write a white paper on the ROI of the WorkTango platform. We dug into past research, hypothesized on areas where we could find data correlations in the platform, and reviewed all of the stats and figures we could find to generate a compelling narrative on platform use and engagement.

The data we produced is compelling. We were able to show that the most engaged users in our system have the longest tenures at their companies. We were able to show that the most engaged managers, have the most engaged teams. We found a correlation between the number of Incentives and total platform engagement.

The team successfully pulled these data points into a narrative that tells the success of our platform and provides great program management tips for existing customers!
